Wedding Shoes Depend on the Theme and Location

Wedding shoes vary on the bride and groom’s choice for theme and location of the wedding. Some couples may choose to have an exotic wedding on a beach, where no shoes will be required. Of course, this couple will save time and money by not needing to shop for wedding shoes. They’ll likely desire services for a pedicure but will have more time to dedicate towards other planning matters. Not only will they avoid the malls in shipping for the perfect dress or tux but they’ll likely avoid the pains of stylish but uncomfortable shoes.

The groom will always have an easier time selecting wedding shoes to fit the occasion, even if it’s not being held at an exotic location, such as the beach. Most tuxedo or men’s wear companies offer groom sets, which include the tux, shoes and other accessories. If they do not, the groom may always choose to wear a number of casual dress shoes in place of specific wedding shoes. The groom often has the option of renting wedding shoes outside of purchasing a pair specifically for the event.

Elegant or Comfortable and Possibly Both for the Bride

If the ceremony takes place anywhere else but the beach, the bride will need to make careful selections when choosing the right wedding shoes to fit the occasion. The wedding shoes will need to match the wedding dresses significance and eloquence. If the dress is short or long enough to cover the entire region of the feet, then the size may present a large or small option in deciding whether the wedding shoes will be comfortable or eloquent.

When the dress clearly covers the feet, the bride should choose comfortable wedding shoes over eloquent wedding shoes. Considering wearing newly purchased shoes a few dance in advanced in order to make them easier to fit in to on the day of the wedding. There’s often tales of brides wearing sneakers beneath their wedding dresses because the wedding dress drapes over the entire region of the feet. These brides would rather have comfort over eloquence and the possibility of having aching feet on their wedding day. These brides did not worry about the presentation of their wedding shoes because the wedding dress completely hid any visible part of the feet.
